Bilingual: English and Spanish
As a Hispanic woman whose first language is Spanish, I bring both cultural understanding and lived experience to my work. I am deeply passionate about serving the Hispanic community and providing culturally responsive, compassionate care in both Spanish and English. I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard, and understood, especially when navigating life's challenges. In addition to my work with the Hispanic community, I have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural, social, and personal backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to create a welcoming, affirming, and inclusive environment where every client feels respected, valued, and safe to be their authentic self. My approach is grounded in a strengths-based philosophy, recognizing that each person possesses unique abilities, resilience, and potential for growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside my clients to identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop practical tools that help them achieve their personal goals. My goal is to empower each individual to build on their existing strengths, foster meaningful change, and create a more fulfilling life. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring the outdoors through hiking, staying active through exercise, and embracing opportunities to recharge and connect with nature. These experiences help me maintain balance in my own life and reinforce the importance of overall wellness—something I encourage and support in my clients as they pursue their own well-being.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work, driven by a passion for mental health, advocacy, policy, and systems-level work aimed at improving access to care and supporting meaningful change. I grew up in competitive sports, an experience that shaped my understanding of resilience, discipline, performance pressure, and personal growth. These experiences continue to inform my clinical work and my approach to supporting clients in building insight, coping skills, and self-compassion. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from young children as young as three through older adults, supporting a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized, with an emphasis on practical, evidence-informed tools that help clients navigate stressors, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I take a holistic approach to care and strive to understand each client within the context of their lived experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore challenges and work toward goals aligned with their values.
